The Vice-President Academic & Provost Nominating Committee has started the process of selecting a Vice-President, Academic and Provost. The search will be comprehensive in scope with an integral portion being a process of consultation. Please refer to Policy 48 for a broad description of the role.
Consultation with the community is an integral part of the comprehensive search process. Members of the UW community are invited to provide input through a brief questionnaire facilitated by Laverne Smith & Associates.
All responses will be held in strictest confidence by the consultant, and the inclusion of your name is optional. Responses are requested by April 10, 2026.
The survey link will remain live throughout the duration of the search process.
