Are you an undergraduate, co-op or graduate student looking for a research opportunity? We’re currently hiring for two research assistants to join the RISE project team related to participatory modelling for measuring carbon and stormwater trajectories in residential developments.
As part of the RISE team, you will be working in an interdisciplinary approach towards reducing overall greenhouse gas emissions in urban residential developments. Our project combines both natural and social sciences and incorporates knowledge co-creation with external partners to develop an integrated scorecard for residential developments with the aim of encouraging investments in green infrastructure.
We currently have two positions available working with Prof. Dawn Parker (School of Planning, Faculty of Environment), Prof. Derek Robinson (Department of Geography and Environmental Management), and Prof. Michael Drescher (School of Planning, Faculty of Environment) starting in January 2024.
