Master's student in Human-Computer Interaction
Michaela is a Master's student in Human-Computer Interaction at Carleton University co-supervised by professors Leah Zhang-Kennedy and Elizabeth Stobert.
She is an alumni of the Global Business and Digital Arts program at the University of Waterloo. Michaela co-founded Studio Q Designs, a product design agency. She worked with Professor Leah Zhang-Kennedy as a research assistant on several projects at the University of Waterloo.
Michaela is interested in pursuing privacy and security issues from an interdisciplinary perspective. Specifically, how to create accessible and ethical digital experiences that protect users' sensitive information.
