Accommodation review and school closure resources
At the core of our work is generating a greater discussion on the issue of accommodation review, the guiding policy and legislation behind it, and how this process is perceived from the perspective of all stakeholders. As a contentious matter with significant implications for communities and neighbourhoods, school closures have more recently gained significant media attention. However, relative to the outcomes of this process, there remains a dearth of widespread discussion and academic research concerning school closures.
In lieu of this, we have provided access to a variety of material that we feel reflects the issue in a comprehensive manner, and that also provides important insights, alternatives, and solutions. These include academic publications, media, reports, and legislation and policy. As we continue our own research and advance the discussion regarding accommodation review, we will update this section accordingly. We have also made our research available, as well as links to other resources.
