CIHR Biomedical Engineering Peer Review Committee Information Session

You are invited to a CIHR Biomedical Engineering (BME) Peer Review Committee (PRC) Information Session on Monday, March 28, 2022, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm EDT. The purpose of this session was to provide potential applicants to the CIHR BME PRC - Project Grant Competition a first-hand account of the ‘culture’ of the committee: what aspects of proposals are generally well-received by reviewers in BME PRC, what factors are considered most important, how the committee’s mandate is interpreted, and what types of proposals are transferred to or from other committees.

Dr. Doug Hamilton from Western University is the former Chair of BME and will be available to make comments on these issues and to interact with potential applicants and address their questions.
