This fully funded position is part of a collaborative multi-group project at the University of Waterloo exploring human-impacted environments to develop innovative microplastic bio-recycling technologies. The PDF position will start on September 1st, 2021, or as soon as possible. The researcher should have a solid academic background in Chemical Engineering and Nanotechnology as well as research experience and interest in nanomaterials development.

Applicants should send a cover letter discussing their relevant qualifications and motivations for this position, a curriculum vitae to Professor Zhao at zhaob@uwaterloo.ca. Only the shortlisted candidate will be replied for a possible interview. Applications will remain open until the position is filled, with preference given to applications received before July 31st, 2021.
