Nithyla's (she/her) role at the Teaching Innovation Incubator (TII) involves providing critical support for research initiatives and assisting in the coordination of various projects. Her work is dedicated to advancing the future of teaching and learning at the University of Waterloo by helping to implement innovative strategies and creative solutions that foster excellence in education.
Nithyla is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Waterloo, pursuing a joint honours degree in Health Sciences and Psychology. With a strong passion for understanding the intersection of mental and physical health, she aims to bridge the gap between these two disciplines. She is also interested in exploring how cultural factors shape psychosocial experiences and treatment outcomes.
