This project has contributed to Waterloo's understanding of learner data reporting and analytics in LEARN. Despite the Performance+ not addressing Waterloo's needs due to X, Y, Z, the institution better understands its future needs to develop a learning analytics strategy and implementation that leverages existing work within the faculties and ASUs, reviews data governance and retention policies and processes, and builds capacity where there are gaps.
