Our research focuses on the development of femtosecond Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (fs-LIBS) for enhanced elemental analysis. LIBS involves the use of a high-energy laser pulse to ablate material from a sample, forming plasma whose emitted light is analyzed to identify elemental composition.
