Biography summary:
Xuesong Chen received the BS degree in applied physics from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2012 and the PhD degree in electrical and computer engineering from McMaster University, Ontario, Canada in 2017. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher with Professor. Lan Wei and Professor. Slim Boumaiza at the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Research interests:
- Modeling and characterization of advanced semiconductor devices targeting emerging applications such as 5G wireless systems, quantum computing systems, etc.
