Qianying Mao is a Biomedical Engineering graduate from the University of Guelph. Her research focuses on developing microfluidic technologies for continuous biosensing to monitor surgical complications post-operatively. She is also exploring the integration of aptamers with microwave sensing for advanced diagnostic applications.
