Festo
is
a
registered
pharmacist
and
holds
a
Bachelor
of
Pharmacy
degree
from
the
University
of
Dar
es
Salaam
and
a
doctorate
degree
in
Pharmaceutics
from
Catholic
University
of
Leuven.
His
research
interest
is
focused
on
the
pre-formulation/formulation
of
poorly
soluble
drugs,
drug
delivery
systems
and
physicochemical
characterization
of
pharmaceutical
compounds
to
improve
therapeutic
outcome
for
patients.
