Research projects in the Wettig group center on the design, synthesis, characterization of novel surface active compounds (known as surfactants) for use in drug delivery applications, and the formulation of these compounds into various drug delivery systems. A number of our projects are focused on the application of self-assembling nanoparticles to cancer therapy. Summaries of current projects can be found on the Current Projects web page.
