Reflections and failure-forward 

This is one of the last meetings between you for the Career Mentorship Program. We hope you use this meeting to reflect on the program and wrap up any open discussions. 

Possible discussion topics: 

  •  Reflect on the goals you made for yourself at the start of this program. How do you feel about them now? 

  •  What are some challenges that you faced as part of this program? 

  • What successes have you shared as part of this program?

  • Discuss what feedback you would like to offer about this program. Do you have any tips for future mentors or mentees? Do you have any thoughts about how the program could be improved?
