This full day conference for first and upper year engineer students will showcase a variety of guest speakers and workshops focused on helping participants navigate through both student life and career preparation. From planning out your next four years in undergrad to learning what to expect when you enter the workforce, this conference will help you gain the skills and knowledge needed to achieve your goals with confidence.
The conference is split into two streams. What's Next is for undergraduate students who have at least completed their second year of university with a goal of supporting the transition into their first full-time job/career. What Now is geared toward supporting first year students transition from high school into their new undergraduate experience.
What's Next: 3rd & 4th + year students
The What's Next conference schedule will include sessions on making career choices, representing yourself professionally, negotiating salary and also an etiquette dinner by Julie Blais!
