WiE Week Alumni Speaker

Stephanie Rozek (class of '00) shared her advice and experience as a female engineer with University of Waterloo students during WiE week. Her talk entitled “Notes to a Young Female Engineer” tied together statistics, personal experience and guidance for young engineering students in an engaging and inspiring 40 minutes.

Stephanie has turned this talk into an article which outlines some of the research on Women in STEM fields and some tips for up and coming female engineers.
