Join WiMugrad on July 4th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for an unforgettable evening of relaxation, s'mores, games, and a cozy campfire. This event is the perfect opportunity to unwind before the demanding exam season and get to know the WiMugrad Committee.

To ensure your utmost comfort, we encourage you to bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for a truly cozy seating experience. This event is weather permitting! In case of any changes, another new date will be announced. We can't wait to see you all there!

The Mathematics of Rubik's Cube

Can you solve a Rubik’s cube? What can mathematics tell us about solving Rubik’s cube?

On Wednesday, January 27th at 3:30 pm in MC 5501 (formerly MC 5158), the Women in Math Winter Lecture will be delivered by Matilde Lalin, Associate Professor at the University of Montréal. All are welcome to the talk; the title and abstract are below.
