WiMugrad applications are open!
Calling all for Undergrad students in Math! Women in Mathematics (WiM) is looking for passionate representatives from undergraduate students to join the Women in Mathematics Undergraduates (WiMugrad). Mathematics is a powerful tool, and diversity among mathematicians increases the potential for meaningful impact. The WiM committee advocates to create a diverse and empowering environment for female and gender minority students in math faculty. WiMugrad aims to mitigate under-representation, and strives for all genders to be well-represented in mathematics.
In the past, the WiM Committee has run events such as bubble tea or movie nights, self-defense workshops and LinkedIn photo shoots. The undergraduate position has a time commitment of about 1-3 hours per week, depending on the initiatives you chose to run.
Please apply through the google form, or visit the WiM Undergraduate page for more information. Applications will be open until March 22.
