Celebrate International Women's Day with students, faculty, alumni and friends at a Virtual Happy Hour hosted by Women in Mathematics! Join in for an hour of fun activities like trivia games, Open Mic, Networking and chances to win book prizes on Women's Empowerment. 

People of all genders are welcome.

The University of Waterloo is the first stop on the Canadian University Get Free Tour hosted by UN Women. The programming will begin at 9:30 a.m. with a campus rally to welcome the HeForShe tour bus and special guests. Join us for music, refreshments and HeForShe giveaways.

Grad students, post-docs, and faculty, who identify as female or any under-represented gender in math/CS, are welcome.

Female undergrad and grad students are invited with fellow students and professors.

Complimentary snacks will be provided. We welcome math students who identify as women, or who are non-binary.
