The Team Absence Calendar displays submitted and approved absences for individuals, teams and managers.
Individual staff members can easily view personal time off balances, upcoming time off and submit time-off requests.
A shared calendar for the group/unit provides a comprehensive view of teammates’ approved vacation.
Managers have a clear view of their team’s absence, history, upcoming time off, and balances via the Time & Scheduling functionality under the Manager Insights Hub. Automatic reminders ensure time-off requests are addressed on time.
