I ENTERED SOMETHING WRONG IN THE ONBOARDING PROCESS. CAN I GO BACK AND CHANGE IT?
You need to complete the onboarding process in Workday before you can make any changes to the information you submitted. Please ensure that there are no action items left in your Workday inbox and then reference our onboarding user guides on making changes to your information.
I ENTERED MY BANKING INFORMATION INTO WORKDAY; WHY WASN’T MY PAYCHEQUE DEPOSITED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT?
There are certain pieces of information you are required to enter through the onboarding process before your pay can be deposited into your bank account. This includes your Social Insurance Number (SIN), mailing address, and banking information. This information must be entered into Workday at least 2 days prior to the pay date in order to have your pay direct deposited; otherwise, a cheque will be issued to you for that pay
