Update to WCC’s Plan for In-Person Appointments

We were so excited this past fall as we made plans for making in-person appointments available again! We were gearing up with processes and safety measures for January, and we were looking forward to seeing your smiling (and masked) faces again. Unfortunately, the unpredictability of this pandemic has again returned us to our homes and limited us to virtual support. 

The current date for staff, faculty, and students to return to campus is January 27, 2022. If that date holds, we will begin to transition back then. However, a major repair to our building (South Campus Hall) with some anticipated noisy construction may mean that we need to postpone in-person appointments until later in February. We will keep you posted through our social media channels, the news section on our website, and of course, on WCOnline. 

Please note that virtual appointments have always been and will continue to be an option for students. When we are finally able to be in-person again, students will choose whether their appointment will be in-person or virtual, as long as the Advisor or Tutor is also on campus.
