Whether you're a 1A or 4B student (or anywhere in-between), we can support you with any writing or communication task. Need help understanding an assignment? Want to know if your paragraphs flow or your arguments make sense? Looking for information on how to revise and edit your work? We've got your back!

From one-to-one and group appointments, to drop-ins at Dana Porter Library, to online resources and workshops and more, the Writing and Communication Centre is here to support you in all your academic writing and communication tasks, in any discipline, at any stage of your process. When and Where

The Write Spot

The Write Spot is now open for the fall term! Located on the second floor of South Campus Hall, the WCC's student space, The Write Spot offers student-focused writing space, free coffee and tea, drop-ins with peer tutors, access to WCC resources, and bookable meeting rooms.

Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

The Write Spot will be closed for Reading Week (October 14 - 18, 2024).

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Monday, September 9, 2024 to Thursday, November 29, 2024.

Open for Reading Week (October 15-18, 2024).
