Biography

Peter Angelo is a Lecturer in the Chemical Engineering Department at the University of Waterloo. Dr. Angelo is an experienced post-secondary educator in the Chemical Engineering field, having led the Chemical Engineering Technology program at Seneca Polytechnic from 2015-2023. He has also been involved with curriculum review, revision, and modernization for both internal and external stakeholders in post-secondary engineering education. Before transitioning to teaching, Dr. Angelo’s research and industrial interests have broadly included nanomaterials, inks and coatings, printed electronics, material validation, failure analysis, and pipeline risk assessment. Dr. Angelo has been a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario since 2015.
