Lily de Loë was named a recipient of the Vector Scholarship in Artificial Intelligence, an entrance award for top students pursuing a master's in AI valued at $17,500 for one year. Lily will begin the Master's of Applied Science in Systems Design Engineering under the supervision of Dr. Andrea Scott in Fall 2023.
The Vector Institute awarded 106 merit-based scholarships to students at 14 universities across Ontario. The scholarship recipients have access to events and resources that put them face-to-face with top AI researchers, and teams from top Canadian employers, providing unique access to career opportunities. They are also provided with access to Vector’s Digital Talent Hub, career development and networking events, and AI-specific professional development programming to ensure they are ready to join the workforce.
