Throughout a student's graduate degree, Systems Design Engineering (SYDE) courses are either required or engineering courses are required where SYDE courses may be chosen to meet that requirement.
- MEng - requires four SYDE courses
- MASc - requires two SYDE courses
- PhD - requires two engineering courses (SYDE courses accepted)
