This form is required to be completed weekly by all TAs employed by the Department of Systems Design Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. It is intended for the instructor to both be informed and track the number of hours required for teaching assistants to complete tasks assigned to them.
TA compensation is not directly affected by the information collected by this form and you will receive your compensation uniformly distributed throughout the semester, per your employment contract. Instructors and the department understand that TA workload is frequently distributed non-uniformly over the term. However, it is a violation of University policies 30 and 33 to submit knowingly incorrect or misleading information, as is the case with all university-related communication and documentation.
