In this study, Ryan Tennant and Sana Allana, under supervision of Professor Catherine Burns and Dr. Kate Mercer, qualitatively explored family and hired caregiver experiences with health information management and communication for older adults. With the increasing need for home care, the results provide formative insights into designing future health information technologies for the home environment to meet the needs of families and hired caregivers.
