Sports Science ForumWe’re happy to announce that on Friday January 11th at 1:30 PM, University of Waterloo students have been invited to take part in the first ever Sports Science Forum with the Toronto Raptors! Students from all over Ontario will be attending this exciting event (see attachment for details).

For any Applied Health Sciences student interested in hearing directly from some of the industry’s leaders this is an amazing opportunity. The event will be lead by the Director of Sports Science for the Toronto Raptors, Alex McKechnie (see below for a brief bio). The forum will take place right in the lower bowl of the ACC from 1:30 – 3:00 PM. The speakers will be there to share their knowledge, offer career advice, answer questions, and run demonstrations on the court of what they would do with the team behind the scenes!

As part of your package, you will also receive a LOWER BOWL Raptors ticket for the game that night vs. the Charlotte Bobcats (tipoff at 7 PM). To purchase your package use the link in the attachment or Click Here and use the promo code SSF7. If you would like to sit with other AHS students please ensure you buy all the tickets at the same time.
