President, Mistry reported on cleaning the storage unit. At the end of the meeting, we will be stacking and organizing things so that we can put the hoodies away and re-open the Fishbowl tomorrow.

President, Mistry reported on a new fridge. Last week, the fridge was making a lot of noises. The freezer has been broken since the pandemic. AHSUM thinks that it would be better to get a new fridge. VP, Szajbely thinks it would be nice to get a teal fridge.

President, Mistry reported on new furniture in the lounge. The Student Relations Officer sent an email to executive members who are part of the project. AHSUM would like to purchase a new microwave with the budget we have to purchase furniture. A lot of people have verbally expressed liking wheelie chairs. For accessibility purposes, it might be good to have a mix of wheelie chairs and sedentary chairs. The project involves purchasing new furniture, décor, board games and a shelf to store them, and a foosball table. The foosball table and board game have already been delivered. AHSUM should get the furniture approved by Plant Ops. AHSUM should try to replace things before adding new things. Once AHSUM replaces everything, we can make a plan to find space for the board games and foosball table. AHSUM will put a sign on the fridge to say to remove items by a certain date so that AHSUM can clean out the fridge. AHSUM will prioritize buying new tables with outlet plugs and chairs/wheelie chairs, and coffee tables.

President, Mistry reported on sweater sales and the possibility of ordering more. AHSUM has a lot of Health Sciences and Kinesiology. AHSUM also needs more Public Health sweaters and varying sizes of sweaters. The vendor that we get the sweaters from would take a while (Spring term) as the person who does the embroidery is out of the country. Executives are interested in getting team sweaters. There is large interest in getting a quarter zip. Director, Jalili is willing to work on designing the sweater. Director, Jalili will communicate the designs to the team to vote on. The executive sweaters will have the name and program embroidered on the sleeve. Director, Jalili will look into the sweater vendor that Health Orientation 2022 .
