Ada completed her undergraduate degree and Master's degree at McGill University in Kinesiology, where her research focused on bone health in endurance athletes. As a PhD student, her research aims to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based rehabilitation strategies for individuals with vertebral fractures due to osteoporosis.
