Prof. Xuemin (Sherman) Shen and several BBCR members attended the IEEE Global Communications Conference (IEEE Globecom, one of two IEEE ComSoc's flagship conferences), held from December 8 to 12, 2024, in Cape Town, South Africa. As the technical program chair, Prof. Shen delivered a speech during the opening session.
