On August 10, 2025, Prof. Xuemin (Sherman) Shen and Prof. Weihua Zhuang attended the IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in China (ICCC 2025) in Shanghai, China.
During the conference, Prof. Shen presented the IEEE Fellow Award to the newly elevated IEEE Fellows, hosted a keynote session, and delivered a welcome speech at the banquet.
