Prof. Sherman Shen attended IEEE INFOCOM on May 17, 2023, in New York, USA. As President of IEEE ComSoc, Prof. Shen gave welcome remarks, and presented IEEE Fellow Award to newly elevated IEEE Fellows and the IEEE Internet Award to Ian Foster and Carl Kesselman.
