Prof. Sherman Shen gave welcome remarks, and presented IEEE Fellow Award at IEEE PIMRC 2023

Prof. Sherman Shen and many BBCR group memebers attended IEEE PIMRC 2023 and IEEE ComSoc Frontier Networking Symposium (FNS) 2023 on September 5-8, 2023, in Toronto.

As President of IEEE ComSoc, Prof. Shen gave welcome remarks and presented the IEEE Fellow Award to Prof. Jianping Pan of the University of Victoria.
