Prof. Sherman Shen attended IEEE ICC (one of two IEEE ComSoc's flagship conferences) on May 27, 2023, in Rome, Italy. As President of IEEE ComSoc, Prof. Shen gave welcome remarks, and presented IEEE awards, including the prestigious 2023 IEEE Eric E. Sumner Award.
