Additional Requirements

Please note that all additional services must be arranged directly by the client with the appropriate departments.  These services will not be booked automatically with this form and may require additional costs to be paid by the client.  Additional services include Food Services, Plant Operations custodial, Campus Police, etc.

The following restrictions apply to all events at the University of Waterloo: no pets, no physical games, no unauthorized signage.

To have your request approved, please submit this form at least 3 days for internal clients and 10 days for external clients prior to your booking dates. Your request will be processed within 1-2 business days.  If you have any additional questions, please email Central Stores Booking
