Equipment Booking Requests

Please complete this form to request access to CIARS equipment. It collects basic information about yourself (the "User") and your supervisor, who will be contacted for approval after your request is received. Please note that a minimum of 3 days (72 hours) notice must be provided for all bookings. See the User Fee Rates page for baseline pricing. Standard business hours for use of our facilities are 8:00AM-6:00PM EST. Any booking outside regular business hours requires additional consideration and permissions.
