Seminar presented by Dr. Judith Corley-Lay

The Centre for Pavement and Transportation Technology and the Norman W. McLeod Chair in Sustainable Pavement Engineering will be hosting a seminar on Thursday, March 23, 2017, entitled "PMS in the Development of Transportation Asset Management Plans". The seminar will be presented by Dr. Judith Corley-Lay. 

Dr. Judith Corley-Lay has been the leading authority in Pavement Management Engineering for over 26 years. She has worked for the North Carolina Department of Transportation as a Pavement Management specialist, and has also belonged to many professional organizations and society affiliations. Including, but not limited to the following: AASHTO Joint Technical Committee on Pavements, Transportation Research Board, and the National Cooperative Highway Research Program. Dr. Corley-Lay has also recently co-chaired the leading international conference in this research area (the International Conference on Pavement Asset Management), which was held in Virginia in 2015.
