June to September Ploughshares 50th Anniversary Exhibit

Join us for Ploughshares' retrospective exhibit

Come see some of the people and partners, art and archival materials that have contributed to Project Ploughshares' peace and disarmament efforts over the last 50 years. Ploughshares' current research and advocacy, which focuses on Canada's role in the arms trade, outer space security, and technology in warfare, is more critical than ever!

This exhibit is on display from June 23 to September 30, 2026. 

About the Exhibit

50 Years of Turning Swords Into Ploughshares offers glimpses into the people and partners, as well as the research and campaigns that have made key contributions to peace and disarmament efforts in Canada and around the world. Visit the Grebel Gallery website to learn more about the gallery and this exhibit.

Monday - Thursday: 8 am - 10 pm
Friday: 8 am - 6 pm

This exhibit is located in the Grebel Gallery at the Kindred Credit Union Centre for Peace Advancement. Located on the fourth floor of Conrad Grebel University College, the Centre is accessible by elevator and stairwell.

Parking is available for $3 per hour through the Honk! App in the parking lot or by cash or card at the Conrad Grebel University College front desk from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. The Grebel Gallery is open during Grebel Building Hours
