The key to success in any field is getting help. Olympic athletes would not have achieved as much without the help of their trainers, physiotherapists, sports psychologists, and fellow athletes. Of course, it is also quite easy to get too much help, for example having someone just give you the solution to a problem. In this seminar, we will discuss how to find the balance between getting not enough and getting too much help, and how to maximize the benefit of TAs, tutors, and cooperative learning.
In this workshop, you will learn:
- Facts about panic/anxiety attacks
- Common symptoms of panic attacks
- Practical coping strategies for calming down your mind and body

This program was designed by members of the working group on sexual and gender diversity under the Provost's Advisory Committee on Equity (PACE), in collaboration with The Glow Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity, is an education workshop (2.5 hours) and registration event (1 hour).
As the term comes to a close, the Arts Community Engagement (ACE) Team is partnering with the Arts Student Union (ASU) to host another end of term event! On Wednesday, March 28th in the Hub (2nd floor) from 11am-2pm, there will be puppies, popcorn, sandwiches, massages (by RMTs) and slime!
