Congratulations to the winners of the CFM 101 Team Competition
We are excited to announce the successful completion of this year’s CFM 101 course competition. The course concluded with an impressive portfolio-generation competition, where teams of first-year CFM students demonstrated their coding skills in Python.
Teams faced the unique challenge of developing portfolio-creation applications without knowledge of the basket of stocks their code had to choose from. Despite curveballs in the stock list designed to test their applications, students showcased exceptional problem-solving skills, planning for all contingencies, and achieving excellent results.
This competition not only highlighted the technical prowess of our CFM students but also emphasized their innovative drive. Their ability to navigate uncertainties and deliver outstanding results reinforces our confidence in their potential as future leaders in the rapidly evolving field of financial technology (fintech).
