Continuous Improvement Session - John Hogg

As part of our ongoing effort to provide Continuous Improvement learning opportunities, Human Resources is pleased to host Mr. John Hogg from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland to learn about their continuous improvement strategy, framework, and implementation approach. As Director of Continuous Improvement, John is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the University’s continuous improvement activity and national Higher Education agendas including Value for Money, Effectiveness and Efficiencies.

As part of John’s visit, Human Resources would like to invite you to a Continuous Improvement session on Monday, March 16th. The session will consist of a presentation led by John Hogg on continuous improvement strategies, lessons learned and adoption approach within the University of Strathclyde. As part of the workshop, attendees will learn how they can make incremental changes for the overall success of their teams, as well as the importance of teamwork and communication.
