Hilary (
hburbank@uwaterloo.ca) received her Bachelors in Psychology and German Studies from Stanford University in 2003. After studying in Germany as a Fulbright Scholar and working at Stanford as a lab manager, she went on to complete her Ph.D. in Psychology and Social Policy from Princeton University in 2012. Her research interests relate to the study of trust and closeness in intergroup interactions, as broadly described on the
lab home page. When not pursuing her passion for research, Hilary also loves to spend time with her husband and two little boys, hike, camp, watch spy movies, take photos, scrapbook, and travel.
