Dr. Carolyn MacGregor is Associate Dean, Teaching & Student Experience in Engineering and Associate Professor of Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Her work spans human factors, usability, and virtual environments, including 3D navigation and haptic devices. She teaches user-centred design, research methods, and cognitive ergonomics, integrating engineering and psychology in practice.
