ENVigorate 2026 Co-ordinator Application Form

  • Coordinators are the leaders of one area of the festival. Please only apply for this role if you are able to make the additional leadership commitment and have the necessary experience required for these roles.
  • Coordinators are expected to attend committee meetings once a week to report project progress (in-person). Coordinators will also coordinate a separate check-in with their volunteers on a weekly basis.
  • The hours expectation for coordinators in approximately 4 hrs/week, in-person and virtually, from January-March.
  • Coordinators are encouraged to recruit others to work with them if necessary.
  • Responsibilities are flexible and subject to change depending on festival format.
  • The festival will be held at the end of March 2026 (exact dates to come). Coordinators are required to attend festival components when not in class.
