The ETIS Help Desk provides assistance, information and advice to the students, staff and faculty in the Faculty of Environment. We have staff that can answer questions relating to a variety of issues.
The ETIS Help Desk is located in EV2-1008 (enter through the computer lab in EV2-1011). For technical support please submit a ticket.
The Help Desk will open for in-person support with the following hours.
Monday 1:30 to 3:30
Tuesday 9:00 to 11:30
Wednesday 1:30 to 3:30
Thursday 9:00 - 11:30
