The Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism Community of Practice (EDI-R CoP) is an open and collaborative space for staff and faculty who are engaged—or looking to engage—in equity and anti-racism efforts within their departments.
This community provides a platform to connect, share, and learn about equity and anti-racism initiatives happening across campus. Members support one another by exchanging ideas, best practices, lessons learned, and resources to strengthen their work and create meaningful impact within their areas.
