CCDI Webinar: Adaptive equity: meeting the moment together - virtual session 2

Thursday, October 8, 2026 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm EDT (GMT -04:00)

DEIA work has never been static. It has always evolved alongside changing communities, workplaces, and social realities. Today, practitioners are being asked to hold complexity, navigate uncertainty, and advance meaningful change in environments that often feel increasingly dynamic and demanding. This session invites participants to reconnect with one of the field’s enduring strengths: its ability to adapt and respond.

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

  • Explore the difference between technical problems and adaptive challenges.
  • Examine the pressures shaping today’s DEIA landscape and workplace realities.
  • Apply an Adaptive Equity Cycle to real-world organizational challenges.
  • Develop a practical strategic plan for sustaining momentum and accountability.

Grounded in adaptive leadership, systems thinking, and DEIA practice, this session offers participants an opportunity to build the skills, capacity and share perspectives needed to move DEIA work forward in the current moment.

As workplace realities continue to evolve, adaptability is emerging as one of the most important DEIA capabilities of our time. Because advancing belonging is not only about what we know, but also about how we respond when the landscape changes around us.
