We use an EyeLink 1000, from SR research, in our lab. This eye tracker records eye gaze data at 500 - 1000 Hz, allowing us to synchronize eye movements with EEG recordings in a very precise manner. For more details about the hardware, please see http://sr-research.com/EL_1000.html.
